Q: Screenshot not working

I've just found I can't take a screenshot any more. Don't know if this is since I updated to 6.0.1, as it's not a feature I use that often, though it's always worked before and I do know how to work it and yes, I have switched off and on again. Is it possible I've suppressed the feature or reassigned the key combination? Can't find anywhere that lets me do that, but you never know.

Try This...

Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Try resetting your phone by holding down the home and off button until the apple symbol comes up.

Thanks for quck response, and you've just reminded me how to reset the phone. No effect on the problem though.

btw, I was surprised to see the number of apps that came up when I did the 'cancel all open apps' thing. I had thought they would go away when I switched off and on again, but there was a long list going back weeks ? months? Is there a way to unload all at once?

You can do a restore in itunes from your back up next.
