I'm getting fed up with apple, please help.

previously the other question I posted I've managed to sort on my own, however now I face another problem, when I plug in my Ipod, Itunes says I need to reinstall the apple mobile device support and reinstall Itunes, I have done this numerous times, I've done everything I can that I've found on the itunes blogs as well as extracting the files and restarting it in admin settings everything I'm at a stand still... I think this is a problem with the AMDS as I wasn't even able to uninstall it at one point I've managed to now but no itunes will be installed untill I have a solution
