Can't Update Apps

Hi, there are a number of Apps on my Mac that have updates available. These Apps were all installed on my Mac when I purchased it new from Apple.


I can't update the Apps. I keep getting a message that asks me to log into the Account used to purchase the Apps. Clearly, I did not install them from my account as they were already installed when I bought the Mac. How do I go about updating these Apps?
