I am in a foreign country (Dubai) and my phone works fine except it cannot connect to a Network. It just says "No Service" in upper left-hand corner. I go to Settings > Carrier > Select Available Carrier (that others with iPhone are using), but nothing.
Any thoughts?
I cannot call anyone because the phone is not working.
