Bounce as AIFF, Bounce as AIFF

I'm blanking out and I'm not in front of my Mac book pro with logic open...I know how to bounce for an mp3 track, but how do I bounce a voice track as an AIFF file? Thanks for any help

If you can see 128 you have not done it correctly. You need to tick PCM (which is the true format of AIFF/WAV files) and then select AIFF from the menu, like so:

PS: Note that in this example, AIFF is highlighted and WAV is selected. When you slect AIFF it will become ticked on reopening the dropdown box.

Also note that in the 'Destination' box to the left, everyinthg is unticked but PCM. You can bounce both an MP3 and a WAV at the same time by ticking MP3 as well for example. CDDA burns to CD and M4A is for movie projects FYI.
