i accedently reset all my settings back to factory settings im trying to re sync it

can someone help me

What happens when you connect the iPod to your computer and sync?

If the screen shows the USB plug and iTunes icons then connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes.

iTunes 10 for Windows: Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
