About the hidden pictures from iphoto

And where I can check the hidden pics in Aperture library?

You cannot, you have to unhide the pictures in iPhoto before importing. That is one of the still unsupported features in the unified library format, see: Using the Unified Photo Library

Photos hidden using the Hide Photo command in iPhoto cannot be accessed in Aperture. If you open the library in iPhoto, unhide the photos, and then open the library again in Aperture, the previously hidden photos are accessible.

Try to open your Aperture Library in iPhoto (File > Open Library in iPhoto) and try, if iPhoto still can unhide them after hidden photos have been imported to Aperture. For me this usually works.

After this I deleted my iphoto library.is that mean I have lost the hidden pics forever? 😢

Oh, please not the blue face. 😝 Not all is lost. I hope you did not delete the iPhoto application as well?

iPhoto can read your Aperture library:

• In Aperture go to the main menu bar and from the "File" menu select:
  Open Library in iPhoto.
• In iPhoto unhide the photos.
• Then use the File menu in iPhoto to to switch back to Aperture: File > Open Library in iPhoto.

Does that bring your pictures back?

Just in case you also deleted the iPhoto application, post back, if you need help to restore it.

Also the original images of your hidden iPhoto photos should be inside your Aperture library package, and you can copy them from there, but it will take some work to find them among the other original image files.

Do you mean although I am not unhidden pics,the hidden ones also will be imported with others from iphoto library? they just can't be saw in the Aperture library,but they are in the package?

Exactly - assuming you are having the recent versions of Aperture and iPhoto with the new, unified library format. The hidden photos are inside your Aperture library. Aperture imports them, but cannot show them, because it does not understand hiding (I tested this with Aperture 3.4.3 and iPhoto 9.4.2 - what are your versions btw.?)

Because I am using the Data rescue to find my iphoto library back right now.

This will probably restore your pictures, but not be able to assemble them in an iPhoto library.

And I remember that there are some empty or content invisible projects in the Aperture library,but I deleted them.Should the unhidden pics appeared in this form in the Aperture library?

That depends. If a project has been created from an event with a mixture of hidden and visible images, you will see the project with only the visible images. And if all images are hidden, you may see an empty project. Deleting a project will delete all images it contains. So you may have deleted the invisible images as well. 😮 Hopefully not. Post back, when you have opened your Aperture library in iPhoto.

Do you have a time machine backup from the time before you deleted the projects?

And could you tell me which data rescue software can rescue the directory structures？😢

I don't know of any, sorry. I have used Disk drill, that recovered nearly all image files reliably, but you have to look at each file to see what it is, because the filenames are missing.
