I have Macbook Pro March 2010 edition, 1 partition of my internal Hard drive is corrupt, i wish to buy a new 1 TB or 750 GB internal Hard drive, pls suggest the best hard drive option available.
There's not really any 'best' hard drive (though I prefer to stay away from Western Digital) so you should really just go shopping at Crucial or OWC. I prefer Seagate drives to most others...
Just make sure the model you purchase is 9.5mm thick. There are some that are 12.5mm thick; those won't fit.
Whether they are the best or not is a debatable question but I have 4 Seagate 750 Gb 7200 rpm HDDs and recently purchased two 1 Tb HGST (Hitachi) 5400 rpm HDDs. All are spinning with no problems to date.
