When i play a G with my real instrument (Fender jazzbass or any instrument), this note corresponds to a note between F and F#. So, How can i Fix it?
To play mainstage 2.2.2 is just currently IMPOSSIBLE.

So you use a live instrument and feed it to Mainstage. And any note you play always sound out of tune? Why you said that? You use Mainstage tune to check or external tune?
So it can be very different things, let´s try some:
What´s you audio card? Is it in the same sampling rate (normally 44.1) than Mainstage?
Have you tested with other program? Was good?
Can it be some processing in the channel strip? Disable all of them.
Try this and post your results.
