Crashed Hard drive. Where can I get a Lion install file, cd, thumb drive, or whatever?

I dropped my 2009 intel based MacBook while the disk was running. It no longer runs... no big surprise. Now I need a bootable disk or USB drive with the ability to install an operating system. It was running Lion when I bought it so my time machine back ups will be in that format. I would actually prefer to NOT use my time machine full back up since it had data from the previous owner that I could not figure out how to delete.

I need a full install not an update... I have nothing to update and cannot boot.

A fresh install would be wonderful. I don't mind paying for the installation disk or file, I just can't find it anywhere.

Swapping out the drive was easy. I just need to get the OS installed.

Thanks.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.4), Intel 2.0 with 2 GB and 120 GB HD
