Is there a way to make a cross reference (with or without a hyperlink) to a chapter or to a section of a chapter (other than the work-around of using a bookmark)?
I would like to be able to write in my iBook, "See Chapter 2" or "See Chapter 2, Section 3", etc., in a way that allows the book to be updated, so that new chapters appear and the link gets updated to reflect the new numbering. Is that possible? Thanks!
