I haven't been on iTunes in a while but when I did and tried to buy a song it had me answer security questions. I didn't remember the answers so I went to the apple ID section on the apple website and clicked to reset security questions and it said "Email sent" and so I waited a couple days and never received an email. I proceeded to do it 5 more times in the following month and still no email. I checked and the email address was right and it said "email sent" every time. Any Help?

The same thing happens not only on my iPod but laptop iTunes also and I'm desperate to be able to buy songs.
