Q: Latest ATV update fail

During the latest update I seem to be frozen on step 1 "preparing update". Options?

    Hi Brian, I have same problem. No option remaining other then to unplug which it says not to do...?? Wait... As I'm typing this after an hour+, ATV  suddenly resurrected itself. Applying the update now.... Voila, we're off to the races.  Enlightened. Michael
