Itunes 11 - iphone - manually manage podcasts

How do I manually manage my podcasts in itunes 11. Older version of itunes I could manage podcasts sames as i could with my music...manually, without having to sync.....please advise.


ITUNES SYNC IS A TERRIBLE FORCED FEATURE!!!!
