Sync my calendar data from iPhone to iCloud. Which overwrite first?

I installed the new OSX, but I had some problems with time machine.

I need to sync my calendar data from the iPhone to iMac, through iCloud.

But iCloud has a lot of events that I want to remove before I sync, because I do not know if iCloud will overwrite the ones in iPhone

I tryed to delete everything in the iCloud, but saids a problem with server cannot delete the calendar events. I created a new calendar and tryed to delete the old one which have a lot of events. But no luck.

Can anyone help to understand how iCloud works. Which data is overwrite first ?

In my case the most recent data, is the one in iCloud . so I think this data will overwrite the one in the iPhone, and I do not want that.

I make a new event in my Mac. > It syncs to all devices.

I edit this entry. Changes overwrites to all devices.

The last action overwrites the previous one for each event. From all devices to all devices. There is no direction.

Ok, but how I delete all events in the calendar in iMac ? WHy it won't select all in YEAR View ?

1. When you turn OFF Calendar in iCloud settings on your Mac, can you make/delete an event in www.icloud.com?

You can't select all in Year view. But that what i'm trying to solve is the read-only calendar.

I can delete events in icloud from that calendar, but one at a time. It's impossible. I have no time for that.

The read only is the subscription that is connected with Contacts. THat is no problem there.\

My problem is to delete that f... calendar in icloud.

Can you tell me if I can delete all calendars in icloud ?

You have to keep one.

Did you tried to click on edit button in the left pane on www.icloud.com?

Yes. I create another one. Then I try to delete the old. Then a response saying server problem.

Did you tried to delete and recreate the iCloud Calendar account in your Mac? not just turn off and on from iCloud settings. I mean to turn ON in iCloud settings and delete the account from Calendar>Preferences>Accounts>-.

Then create the account again. What happens?
