if you have the find my phone app installed on your phone, you can log into icloud.com and click the find my phone app. If your phone is ON, it will locate it.

just a tip. If you phone was stolen, dont click the "erase iphone" if you ever want to find it. As soon as it erases, you no longer can locate it.
