How do I uninstall Itunes

I recently updated my itunes to the new version, that was a huge mistake. If I could have seen a preview I never would have downloaded it. I really want to uninstall the current version of Itunes and install the previous version. I actually cringe when I open the "new and improved" itunes, its gross, and designed for idiots. I liked the old version, and I would really be happy if someone could tell me what to do. I can't stand the new itunes, I took it off my dock because I can't even stand the icon and I have only opened it once and that was because I had to. So Please help!
