Audio works in iTunes but not on YouTube?

Hi,

Just today the audio randomly stopped when I played a YouTube video but I can still hear what's playing in my iTunes. I went to the "Audio MIDI Setup" and played around with the settings. Originally when I opened it, the format was set at 4800.0 Hz and when I switched it to 44100.0 Hz, the audio worked again. So I left it at that thinking I had fixed it. After a little while, the same audio problem came up again. And when I went back to the Audio MIDI Setup, it had switched back to 4800.0 Hz. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do, so I was wondering does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

EDIT: I'm starting to think it may have something to do with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. I'm editing a video and when I click on the audio track, the YouTube audio doesn't work. Any ideas?
