i am Having a problem

I need an answer, Please, to my question. Every time I connect to Itunes, An message appear and saying there is an current Error. I tried all the solutions on that others upload on the internet, And still canot find the solution, The lates was, eras all the contant and setting, and my Iphone does not response to this. what should I do know. Please help
