how do I sync Outlook calendar on my pc with iphone

I am having difficulty syncing my Outlook calendar on my pc with my iphone, using the latest version of itunes. I didn't have any problem doing this with the previous version of iTunes. Any suggestion? Thanks!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, iTunes latest version updated
