Q: Does iTunes card redemption work in Australia?

I've got iTunes 11 installed & I don't get the option to use the camera at all, my camera works fine for FaceTime etc though

MacBook Air (13-INCH, MID 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
