He actualizado el software de mi Iphone 4 y al hacerlo he perdido todo, fotografias y teléfonos y no se como recuperarlo, al restablecerlo no se hizo copia de seguridad y ya no se que más hacer, ¿alguien me puede ayudar?, estoy desesperado. Gracias

If there is no old backup listed in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices, your data is gone. Every new backup replaces the old one, and only backups that have been used to restore data are not deleted.
Only if you included the backup folder in your computer backup routine, you could be able to restore the data:
