I have lost my Audiobook speed control

Audiobooks in Music in my iPhone 4S has lost the speed playback control. It used to be there, but as you can see from the attached images, it is now nowhere to be found. Worse, the book I'm listening to has jumped into double speed. How can I get it back? I have Audible as well, but there too I can't find the speed control. Help?
