How to change printer driver?

Hello guys

I got the problem that I'm unable in ML to change my printer drivers. So what does this mean:

1.) I create a printer connected to the wired LAN. Instead of the manufacturer driver I use the Generel PS driver implemented in ML.

2.) Now, after completing the printer installation, I open the new printer with double click and switch to the Drivers menu

3.) In Lion I was able there to change my driver to another one. This feature is missing in ML.

My problem is that, because of a bug in LPR forwarding, I have to go this way for installing our printers and connect them to our printer managment software.

Is there another way how to change the driver afterwards?
