How do I delete all of the music from icloud but leave it on my itunes and devices?

I've had iphones for a few years and they simply work but since I got the iphone 5 and ipad2 a month or so ago I'm really struggling to with them.

I also bought Match thinking it would be great but when there no 3g signal theres no music and when there is it chomps through the data allowence.

Does anyone know how to delete music from the icloud only i.e. without deleting it from my itunes library and devices please
