lost all my apps
recently updated to ios 6 and restored my phone and all my apps disapeared off my phone and itunes. where can i find them to re download not in cloud either

All of the apps, along with the rest of the content, should already be in iTunes on your computer. Simply sync it back.
If for some reason they are not there, simply download past purchases from iTunes.
