itouch gen 4, no wireless after reset

Our itouch 4 suddenly has stopped accessing ALL wireless routers (in different locations). I have reset and restored to no avail. Anything else to try before going to the Genius Bar? I'm apprehensive about changing any router settings since everything else is working (ipad, imac, iphone) and it's not just one network that is the problem.
