You can browse what files? The only thing you should be able to see is the storage used for the camera roll.
What is the message you're getting?
When I connet Itunes I get a Windows Notification saying "MobileDEviceService Stopped working and was closed" In windows explorer I get an Icon like an Iphone and I can Brows and get my pictures etc,
You either have a problem with Windows, or you need to remove and re-install iTunes.

I am Just removing and reinstalling the software now While it is doing that this phone does not record sound on the Video Speaking to the previous owner who tells me It never did either when he used it, are you aware of any issues with this function??
