"Can't load find my iPhone" error message on iCloud

Receiving this message on Win 7 x64 operating system, even after uninstalling/reinstall of iCloud Control Panel. This error is fairly recent as it was working a few weeks ago. Forwarded error report(s) to Apple with no feedback to date. Also cannot load the Calendar app on iCloud.

iPhone 4S, Windows 7, 64 bit

Update: Installed Firefox browser per someone's suggestion. "Find my iPhone" app loaded normally from iCloud and found the phone within 5 seconds. Problem with Internet Explorer 9 still persists. Guess this is as good a work around as any.
