Dec 10, 2012 12:43 PM in response to kirky1975by b noir,Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

Feb 9, 2013 5:27 AM in response to b noirby MattinNC,Im apparantley have the same issue, it endlessly says accessing Itunes store but never connects. My iphone 4 also does not sync, it gets so far into the backup and never progresses any further. I have swapped cables out, and uninstall/reinstall on Itunes. I have also performed a hard reset of my iphone with no changes. Itunes fails in diagnostics when it tries to connect to store, and I have been/tried every Firewall connection thread I can find. Any tips at this point would be great.
Thanks

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

Mar 20, 2013 3:19 AM in response to b noirby MattinNC,Ok guys I ran the link that b noir posted and it came down to a conflict on the winsock port. Streamripper had recently updated and was trying to use the same port as ITunes. So, I uninstalled Streamripper and I'm good to go.
