Q: since updating the latest version of itunes 11, my itunes wont connect to itunes store plus it doesn't pick my iphone up either?

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

Im apparantley have the same issue, it endlessly says accessing Itunes store but never connects. My iphone 4 also does not sync, it gets so far into the backup and never progresses any further. I have swapped cables out, and uninstall/reinstall on Itunes. I have also performed a hard reset of my iphone with no changes. Itunes fails in diagnostics when it tries to connect to store, and I have been/tried every Firewall connection thread I can find. Any tips at this point would be great.

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

Ok guys I ran the link that b noir posted and it came down to a conflict on the winsock port. Streamripper had recently updated and was trying to use the same port as ITunes. So, I uninstalled Streamripper and I'm good to go.
