problem i want to restart when my laptop frozen

if u please can u check what this laptop need if geting frozen and same programe delete so last time been to apple shop just for this problem my kisd delete same prgrame like iphoto and same other thinks and i coud not doit from here so been to apple shop they toll me to get, apple sofweare snow leopard. for any think happen same problem dont have to came here so if i got same problem what u think i can do example how to restart if any think problem like back to oregjinal how came from apple pls if u help me thanks
