"Flip4Mac" for OS X 10.8.2

I just installed "Flip4Mac" for OS X 10.8.2 and Quicktimeplayer still isn't able to play "xxx.AVI" videos off of my SD card. Who can help me? Thanks!

Ask the camera maker if they are using a DRM on the video. If they are, you may need to install Windows to read the video.
