How do I cancel my zoosk account?

You have to go to App Store, featured, tap on my apple id, view account settings, subscriptions, manage, toggle to off. Zoosk will expire at end of term.

How can I install app updates after buying more storage? It says can't install, not enough storage. Tried restarting.

If you mean that you've bought extra iCloud storage then that will give you extra space for your backups in the cloud. To download and install apps on your device you need available space on that device (your current free space is shown in Settings > General > About > Available) - you generally need about twice an app's size to be able to download an install them

You can not talking to Apple here, we are fellow users. Removing your card details from your account does not cancel any auto-renewing subscriptions, you need to log into your account and cancel them yourself : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
