Error 324 giving me issues need serious help

I'm using multiple Mac's and PC's of different OS's to try and use the internet to log in to my FTP server at work and I keep getting this read out problem

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

I have done a google chrome dump to find the error but I'm not good at reading it out and I also don't know if I it has anything to do with the issue. Again this is for all browsers not just Chrome, can any one point me in the right direction?
