My iPad 2 will not charge nor is it recognized by my computer.

It slow charges, does not make the sound when it connected to the wall or computer. I have reset and erased the iPad. I have even tried to put it in safe mode. Still nothing. What should I do now.

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1

You could maybe take it back to the place you got it from or , get a new charger maybe you just need to hold the home button and the sleep/wake button to reset try holding it for at least 9seconds hope your iPad works again and I hope I've helped! :)
