Windows 8 Pro - iTunes problems, please help!

Since I have installed Windows 8 Pro 32 bit, itunes has not worked at all? I keep getting error messages when installing and the it says I need to verifiy I have privilages to use 'Apple Moblie Device Support' I've tired run as admin. please help!
