How do I undo a bounce in place after I have saved a project?

I bounced my project in place on Logic Express 9 (9.1.8) thinking it was complete and saved it, but I now have some changes I'd like to make that I can't make now that my project is bounced in place. Any ideas at all would be helpful, and even more helpful is the real answer of how to un-bounce a project!
