I have just perchased X X mINISTRY OF SOUND ON Nano I pod and have no music at all.Please refund my money asap

I have just spent 2 hours down loading Ministry of sound the latest collecting on my husbands nano i pod,only to find nothing is on it.So cross. I would like a full refund please.A not happy customer. A UPTON

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.


Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button inYour Purchase History on your computer.
