usb3 bluetooth interference

It has been reported that USB3 peripherals can interfere with Bluetooth connectivity on new Mac Minis. Is this really a common problem?

MBP, mini, iMac, iPods, iPad, Mac OS X (10.6.3), Airport Extreme, Airport Express

Here is the background info on the USB3/Bluetooth interference observed on their 2012 Mac mini.


It is widespread if it is occurring with the Mac mini that you actually own, and your associated erratic Bluetooth behavior has no other explanation. It is far more common for mini owners posting in the community about HDMI video issues, which have been identified by Intel and Apple.
