Hi. My iOS is currently 4.3.3. I cannot find a way to update my Ipad in my settings. How can it be done?

My Ipad has the 4.3.3 iOS on it. I am trying to figure out how to update it to a newer version but there is nothing in the settings that says "update" or click here to update, etc. How can I update the iOS?

That is only a feature of iOS 5 or later...


You have iOS 4... See Here...

Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Check for Updates “...


If an Update Appears Install it... if not... you are up to date for your particular Device...

a. Updating Your iOS to Version 6.0.x from iOS 5


Tap Settings > General > Software Update


If an update is available there will be an active Update button. If you are current,

then you will see a gray screen with a message saying your are up to date.
