16GB vs. 32GB iPad for game app use
Would a 16GB iPad be enough memory for a 9 year old boy who will primarily be using the iPad for game apps, or should we get him a 32GB?

All current iPad 4 have the same ammout of Ram. 1GB. The storage flash memory is not RAM.
Anyway, If games is all he wants, then 16GB should be sufficient. Though there are some pretty large games there.
However, there's a saying around here: Its better to have more storage and not need it, than not have it and need it. If you plan on him downloading movies or tv shows, you may want to spend on the extra space. But it should not be totally necessarry.
Just remember iPads are not expanadable, the storage space you buy is the storage space you are stuck with.
The only difference is that 32GB will store ~2X what 16GB will. Both will run games exactly the same.
Since you can't upgrade RAM in an iPad, buy as much as you can offord.
