Please, I just switched from old iPhone to a new iPhone, I backed up and restored with iTunes, but no music was transferred. Apple told me that the backup does not restore music to your new device. What's the best and easiest way to transfer my old music files from my old iPhone to my new iPhone? Thank you so much!

All of your music should be on your computer. Is it not? IF not, then put it there.
Yes but i am trying to find a simple way to transer only whats on my old iPhone to the new one. If i go to the computer it would be a long tedious process.
select the same music/playlists,etc as you selected on the old one.
If the music is on the computer then a restore from the old iphone backup should put the music on.

Apple told me that iTunes won't restore the music, if iTunes backed the music up, that would be perfect if i restore it from my itunes back up, if i could only find the backed up music
For Windows 7 they are stored here C\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
I found mind but they are files I don't recognize
