How do I delete map locations that I didn't add?

Hi - there are several types of locations and you haven't designated which type that you wish to delete - you may have already tried these but here are some suggestions:

1. For dropped pins touch the blue arrow on the badge and choose "remove pin"

2. For a destination touch the grey arrow on the search bar and delete - this may have to be done twice because it may appear again

3 For a destination route, touch the "clear" button at the top right of the search bar

Please note that I cannot find a way to delete the list of destinations that are saved when finding routes

If you are asking about something else let me know - some of it is obvious and some is not so trial and error is sometimes necessary - sorry there is no definitive answer - I didn't see a lot of answers but I decided to give it a shot - any other ideas would be welcome
