Can folders deleted from Outlook via iPhone be recovered? Only using Inbox folder, all other replicated folders from Outlook were empty on iPhone but not Outlook. Deleted from iPhone but they deleted from Outlook/Exchange

Can folders deleted from Outlook via iPhone be recovered?

Only using Inbox folder to view mail when mobile, all other replicated folders from Outlook were empty on iPhone but not Outlook on Laptop.

Deleted these empty folders from iPhone but they deleted these same, but not empty folders, from Outlook client on laptop.

Are these recoverable from Exchange Server?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
