My Dell computer was recently cleaned out, saving iTunes, but when I go in to play a song, it says"Do you want to locate file". YES, but can't find it? Songs won't play. Any help?

When I click on the iTunes song title, it says the original file could not be found. Do I want to locate it.

Of course I do, but it doesn't help and I have no idea how to connect my songs to itunes again.
