I have a lot of pic an I want to see what was on iCloud so I can delete them off my phone to have more space

If you want to save your camera roll photos be sure to import them to your computer. You can then safely delete them from your phone. This is described in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. (Don't rely on photo stream to back up your photos. Photos are only kept in photo stream for 30 days. After that they are removed from photo stream, although they will remain on any device that has already received them. However, if you ever turn photo stream off, then back on, restore your phone, or upgrade to a new one, when you re-enable photo stream you will only receive photos that fall within this 30-day window.)
