Wi-fi not functioning on/off button is grayed.
I've tried all the suggestion on on how to turn my wifi but got no luck? Resetted nothing still wifi couldn't be activated!

Upgrade your router firmware at their website.
Also try other Wi-fi hot spot.
IOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings greyed out or dim.
