I could not set up my exchange email in my ipad 3 , it throws "unable to verify"

From long time am trying to setup my Exchange email, but i coulld not do it. Bcoz IOS is not able to verify my account it seems, if i get any solution, it will be good.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.0.1
