Q: if turn off cellular data is it gurentee that there will be no data use

i do not plan to use any data, only use wifi,

will this gurantee to not use any data

i have verizon

iPhone 5

    Yes, there should be no data useage, but I have found out Voicemail is also disabled when I disable Cellular Data.

    so with cellular data off if i sync with my computer or download app from app store it will be all through wifi, and it's not gonna use any data?

    If your worried about using cell data while on WiFi, you shouldn't worry about much except during the over night period. Cable, DSL, Internet providers conduct maintenance over night. That's when you may use cell data. Here's a tip, instead of turning off the cell data completely. Simply go to Settings > General > Cellular and turn off the programs that use cell data. Next go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services and turn off all of those functions. That will stop most potential use of Cell data. I hope this helps.
