iTunes Error

While listening to some tunes, all of a sudden i received the following pop-up error message: "The iTunes Library File cannot be saved. An unknown error occured (-54)."

I've never received this message before nor was I saving anything at the time. I keep pressing "OK" but the message keeps reapearing! What should I do to make it go away?
